Mantrailing is a fun dog sport where we train a dog to find a hidden person. Sessions are carried out in a completely controlled way, with only one dog being worked at a time whilst the others are resting. Groups are kept small to allow for plenty of time to work with each dog, and all training is focussed on the dog having a fun and positive experience. No aversive methods are used, and training is reward based, and focussed on the individual dogs needs.
To start Mantrailing, you'll need to attend an Introductory session where we show you how to safely trail, and how to teach your dog the process. Once you've attended and intro, you can join any progression sessions with any MantrailingUK instructor. All instructors trail slightly differently and will have different venues so it's great to get out and meet the Mantrailing community!
